I was having an issue with the bot not detecting my graphics setting so I decided to write about it on the board. Within an hour, I received a reply and was in constant communication with the forum moderator who within ONE day was able to assist me using Teamviewer. He/she fixed it in no time and was willing to then answer a query I had. Just a note of gratitude for such a great service. Some multinationals I deal with could learn a thing or two
