1. About Us

RiD Software ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at www.robotzindisguise.com and the Genesis desktop application. By accessing this website or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time; continued use following notice of a change constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or disrupts its normal operation. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, code, and software — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to RiD Software. You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you acknowledge RiD Software as the source. Any other use requires our written consent. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Genesis software beyond what is permitted by law.

4. Licence to Use Downloaded Material

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use material downloaded from this website or the Genesis application solely for your own personal use. You must not sublicense, resell, or redistribute it. You must not alter, disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer downloaded material.

5. User Submissions

Where you submit content to us (such as bot configurations or feedback), you confirm that you own or have the right to submit it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with operating our services. No compensation is payable for submissions. We are not obliged to use or retain any submission.

6. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them. Links do not constitute an endorsement. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Acceptance of Orders

Subscriptions are purchased exclusively through our online checkout. Your order is accepted, and a binding contract formed, when we confirm payment and credit your account. Please allow up to 20 minutes for access to propagate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that fails our security or validation checks; in that case any payment taken will be refunded.

8. Subscription Plans & Payment

Subscriptions are sold as fixed-term plans (daily credit balance). Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. Your account is credited only once payment is received and cleared. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, because our subscriptions are digital services that begin immediately upon activation, you expressly acknowledge that performance starts immediately and you thereby waive your 14-day right to cancel once your account has been credited and access has begun.

Unused subscription time remaining at the end of a term is not refunded. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the matter.

10. Software Availability & Functionality

We endeavour to keep Genesis available and up to date. We may suspend access without notice for maintenance, improvement, or technical reasons and will make such interruptions as short as possible. We are not liable for loss of functionality caused by events outside our control, including game updates, third-party incompatibility, or connectivity issues.

11. Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card details. Both processors are PCI-DSS compliant and provide their own support for payment disputes.

12. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under English law, including those arising under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Third-Party Rights

These Terms are not intended to confer any right enforceable by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by English law. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
