Has anyone here used Volt Athletics before? I get a free subscription from my college. What are your thoughts on it? Or do you prefer a different program? I plan on starting out soon, the first week is mainly for diagnostics. They essentially give you daily workouts based on your performance. I like how it's really personalized, but I'll update based on how it goes. I've been telling myself I'm going to start doing this since last summer, but maybe posting updates here will keep me more motivated.
